Hey Everybody!

Very excited for this next meetup, we will be talking about practical SDN for networks right here right now! Anybody who has practical experience deploying SDN networks, controllers, or otherwise is encouraged to come and share in discussion, not only about the future of SDN, but about how SDN applies right here right now.

As a side note, we are looking for more sponsors for venue and beer/pizza for upcoming meet-ups; if anyone is interested and able, please feel free to message me.

We will be kicking off the night at 6:30pm with beer, pizza and networking; from 7pm we will be hearing from Hugh Macready formerly of ( about the integration of SDN with well established Software Engineering principles to create pragmatic modern networks.

Luke Exton will be in town back from Silicon Valley, sharing with us some of the latest ideas and concepts of SDN from over in the valley.

We will close with a discussion about the good, the bad and the ugly of existing SDN deployments, until we get kicked out at around 8:30pm.

Looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday!
