What we're about

Tai chi classes for those interested in self-cultivation, wellness, stress-reduction, self-defense, learning about Taoist philosophy, and genuine personal transformation. Taught in various convenient locations by the Taoist monk who hosted the hit national public television show LONGEVITY TAI CHI and wrote the book "Tai Chi - The Perfect Exercise". A welcoming community for all levels of ability, ages 16+. All you need is a desire to learn! Meetup participants are NOT the only ones at class.
