Brilliant results with shoulders and special attention to all joints before we launch into the dance like movements of calligraphy yoga, doing our best to free up the body and mind. We also practice visualization and sometimes gentle meditation, all with a pinch of humor.
This class sounds long but we hold some of the poses to slowly get things started. We work mindfully into the body.
