Our group is for connection, collaboration and exploration of consciousness. Our events will revolve around conscious conversation, enjoyment of nature, exploration of ideas, personal growth and development, conscious parenting, spiritual awakening, ritual, conscious evolution, evolutionary leadership, and even conscious business. All serious Evolutionaries are welcome! We're looking forward to being Awake and Inspired together in Santa Fe.

Chakra Balancing

Treat yourself to this essential energy practice. This is my go-to exercise for when I feel scattered, overwhelmed, lethargic, or otherwise out of balance.

You don’t need to know anything about chakras, though if you do, you’ll appreciate how the imagery in the chakra balancing routine works. You don’t even need to believe in chakras; you’ll receive the benefits all the same.

Heart Coherence Meditation

One of the most important spiritual practices we can do at this time is to align in our heart and cultivate living from our heart as we move through these challenging times. Heart focused meditation assists in creating coherence within our body and awakening courage in our being.

Many indigenous elders and current spiritual teachers are speaking about the overwhelming need for us to move from our head to our heart and to live from the wisdom of the heart NOW and into the near future.

In this virtual MeetUp together we will spend some time focusing on what heart coherence is and the powerful gifts and benefits of centering in our heart regularly. We will also spend half the time in a guided heart meditation.

Let's knuckle down and write together!

Whatever your writing project is...your book, your website, your class assignment, your memoir, poetry, non-fiction...

...and especially if you are prone to procrastinate over your writing project or if you tremble at the blank page.

Let's get together on zoom, quickly go over our intentions, and get busy writing. If we want we can reserve some time for sharing at the end, but no pressure. This is a time for YOU to work on YOUR project, with the silent, subtle assistance of this accountability group.

We will meet at 9:30 mountain time on zoom. We'll spend 5 - 10 minutes sharing about our writing projects. Then, we'll turn off the cameras and mics and spend about an hour writing. After that, we'll come back on camera and celebrate our productivity and success.

Don't let another week go by without spending time on your writing project. Leverage the power of shared intention and watch the magic happen.
