We will continue to explore various meditative techniques. If you are a beginner you are still welcome to attend.
Bring your cushion, zafu or bench, etc. Chairs are available if you don’t want to sit on the floor. We start at 6:30pm and chat for an hour (please show up no later than 6:45) then sit for about an hour and end with a brief discussion wrapping up around 8:30pm.
