This group is for anyone interested in following a path towards self fulfilment and deeper self awareness by learning the Art of Meditation. The various breathing techniques, chanting of the Mantras and philosophical as well as spiritual teachings of the ancient Hindu traditions are all design to give you a well rounded and balanced understanding of how we can relate this practice to our everyday life. The blend of both science and spirituality is a new branch that is starting to be more deeply studied and we are here to break many myths about it. This gathering will give us deeper insight about our selves and the world around us and can helps us to be more mindful and thus have better relationships, more success and balance between work and family life and an overall sense of well being. You will also develop a sense of community and team spirit which will be helpful in all areas of your life.
