For everyone interested in going (or considering going) on our 5 day Cruise to the Bahamas this is a meeting to discuss the details and a chance for me to try to either answer your question or talk to the travel agency and get you an answer. Also if you're needing a roommate for the trip this would give you a chance to find others looking for a roommate. Let's meet at Fitzgeralds Irish Pub in uptown... it's a perfect meeting place for something like this. http://www.fitzgeraldscharlotte.com/ While I'm there I'm going to eat and get a couple drinks... so if you're in the mood to hang out feel free to come out to the event also.

Also if you're new to the group and want all the details on our September cruise please check out http://www.meetup.com/Awesome-Adventures-Charlottes-Best-20s-and-30s-Social-Club/events/160165022/ As of 1/17/2014 we have 18 people interested in going and I expect the number to be much higher than that over the next few months.

I planned this on the weekend as requested by the group. This is the main meeting and if at all possible try to make it out to this one. I'm going to try and repeat this same event one more time in the next few months for anyone that can't make it to this one.

I'll need to find what kind of cabin you're interested in (inside, oceanview, suite) and also if you're wanting your own cabin, if you're going with a roommate, or if you need to find a roommate. Try to write down any questions you have and we can over those at the meeting. As of right now the plan is to use http://travel-experts.net/ as our travel agency... they're local and have a really good reputation . In order for us to get a discount we need to get roughly 8 cabins. And judging by the interest that shouldn't be hard to do.

Let's all meet at Fitzgeralds at 5pm on a Saturday. It shouldn't be that crowded at that time and the great thing about Fitzgeralds is that they validate parking (so it's free to park in an uptown garage). I look forward to meeting everyone and I'm working on some other trip ideas right now. If you have any questions or have trouble finding the group at Fitzgeralds feel free to text me at[masked]
