Designing Responsive Interfaces in Axure

If you are interested in responsive web design, come join us for another great night of Axure prototyping fun!

I will be going over the basics of building a responsive prototype in a step by step demonstration on how I put together a responsive Axure prototype.

This meetup will be hosted in Ostmodern’s new offices and Axure will be providing food and drinks :)

I hope to see you all there!

Has anyone looked at Macaw for responsive prototyping? Looks really good - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0yGmX9sDLU

I've pre-ordered...($50 off until end of the month - get in quick! ;-) as I didn't get on the funding campaign.

It looks good in the videos I have to say - but I think it's a very different tool to Axure.

Looks like the goal in Macaw is to develop a cool WYSWYG editor that can create fluid / dynamic web layouts - the output of which is genuinely useful in terms of it going forward to be used in live services.

I use Axure for rapid prototypes that are largely simulations of interactive products. And wireframing. But (broadly speaking) the output isn't used in live products.

      My 2c :-)

Very good. I learnt a responsive images trick I didn't know about! Thanks Sandra.. If we could get the TV up a little higher for us all to see it would be great!

Hello everyone, I was really looking forward to this, but I'm afraid I'm unable to make tonight. It looks like my spot was instantly taken when I altered my status last night, so I'm happy in the knowledge that someone can now join. :)

Hi all! Yes, unfortunately there is another UX event going on tomorrow night. I made a point to check all the UX meetups here in London before scheduling this one, and when Ostmodern and I chose this date, there was no other event listed on meetup.com

We will continue as planned... Looking forward a fun Axure night with all of you tomorrow!

Unfortunately I have to release my ticket too, there are two UX events happening at the same time, so it's a case of double booked, argh, I want to go to both :P

Me too. See you all there. Sandra asked if I'd give a brief chat about Lean UX and how I use Axure. I'm hesitant as public speaking scares the crap out of me. But so too does climbing and I do that. So...
