We live in the age of abundant information, yet when it comes to nutrition we are still stuck in the notion of scarcity. We get confused and overwhelmed by all the different diet theories, health claims and new research. This workshop will be focused on Naama’s core concepts around health and wellbeing and what are the main blocks and challenges most people face when trying to reach their optimal health.

Whether you are already practicing yoga and looking to enhance your practice or you’re engaging yoga for the first time. One-on-one provides you the opportunity to dive deeper in your own pace. Through one-on-one instruction, we will guide you to develop your own personal practice, which is tailored for you.
