Raw Second Sunday at Tsom in Tempe

The following menu will be in the salad bar by weight (raw vegan Gluten free):

Nipples of Venus Pesto Stuffed Creminis

Basil and parsley pesto made with garlic, olive oil, and cashews used to top cremini mushrooms.

Rawkin Hummus

Zucchini pureed with raw sesame seed paste, lemon juice and mix of fresh herbs cilantro with a hint of garlic.

Lebanese Stuffed Grapeleaves

Grapeleaves stuffed with parsnips and currants with fresh herbs.

Persian Cucumber Dill Salad

Middle Eastern style raw vegan cashew yogurt with garlic, fresh dill and cucumbers. Very soothing!

Rawlicious Tuna Salad

Walnuts with copped celery, carrots, onions, and parsley in a raw ranch sauce. Served on a beds of lettuce.

Sweet and Sour Beet Salad

Shredded beets with diced green apples, currants, and lime juice dressing.

Classic Summertime Pesto Pasta

Freshly made basil and parsley pesto drizzled over spiralized zucchini pasta, tossed with asparagus and broccoli.

Tomato and Macadamia Mozzarella Linguine

Spiralized carrots, parsnips, and zucchini in a raw mozzarella cheese and “smoked” red pepper sauce. Topped with basil. Simply delicious!

Gnocci with Sweet Pepper Sauce

Delicious jicama cashew gnocchi , served with a red pepper cashew cream sauce and marinated asparagus. Topped with fresh basil.

Living Lasagna

Layers of freshly sliced vegetables, cashew ricotta cheese, macadamia nut pesto, and sun dried tomato marinara

Fresh organic spinach and avocado blended to a velvety texture with herbs.

California Onion Bread Sandwich$8.50

Fresh and tasty sandwich served with tomato, avocado, and sprouts drizzled with stone ground mustard. Very addictive!
