Our Mission is to raise the consciousness of the planet through a Holistic Lifestyle approach where we cover personal development and spiritual development, educational events and workshops. We also host and facilitate regular Meet Up's, Wellness Week-ends, Wellness Retreats, Healthy Active Day's & Mind Body Wellness Events, local, national and international to provide education and information on various topics and studies relating to mind/body wellness. Such topics include but are not limited to; self care techniques and practices such as; Qigong, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, Chakra Cleansing & Balancing, Colour Therapy, Sound Healing, Mindfulness Walking Tour's, Forest Bathing, Nutrition, Acupressure & Massage with various different aspects of the Chinese Medicine System, Japanese Healing Arts as well as traditional teachings with roots in Ancient Egypt and India for Personal & Spiritual Development.

Dalry Mindfulness Walks

Dalry Mindfulness Walks.

We are meeting at the monument on Townend Street on Sunday at 2pm.

The purpose of mindfulness walks are to excersice the body and calm the mind, contributing to good health and wellbeing. The walks generally take from 50 minutes to 90 minutes to complete depending on the location and route we take.

How to prepare: A good pair of walking boots and waterproofs should be a priority, you might also want to consider bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated and maybe even a protein snack to maintain your energy levels.

Chi Flow, A Mix of Qigong, Yoga & Meditation Online Event

Online Event: Live Coaching - Morning Chi Flow 30 minute class

Join us for a 30 minute stretch and balance routine incorporating a mix of Ancient Wisdom Philosophy and self care practices such as Meditation, Qigong and Yoga.

The 30 minute Chi Flow class will be presented online via zoom.

This is a freestyle, free flow self care class that is suitable for all age groups and people of all fitness levels.

Consistent practice can result in improved health, fitness and energy, improved balance and coordination, improved bone, muscle, skin health and more.

Meditation and Yoga Practice as well as Qigong have been scientifically proven to help with improving ones health and wellbeing.

By the end of this class you should be feeling refreshed, calm and centered with a good sense of personal achievement and wellbeing.

When: Saturday 9.30 am - 10.00 am

How to prepare:
It's best to be prepared by wearing suitable comfortable clothing for practicing Meditation, Qigong and Yoga and choose a quite environment where you won't be disturbed during the meditation practice.
