This is a group where both novice and professionals can meet and share experiences to learn, develop and share their knowledge and skill sets on mind body wellness and the healing arts which may include talks, demonstrations and discussions on Nutrition, Qigong, Reiki, Martial Arts, Yoga, Meditation and promotion of various other health & lifestyle activities and recreational events such as walking tours, out door experiences and Spa Resort Retreats.

Your event host Paul Nulty has a life long history of experience and achievements in the world of health and fitness, starting out as a junior Gymnast at the age of 5 training with Scotland's top coach at the time and then later progressed and took up Karate as a teen and then in his early twenties he took up Mixed Martial Arts and has also studied and practised Shaolin Qigong which is recognised as part of the 5 branches of the Chinese Medicine System. Paul has also studied and practised the wonderful Japanese healing art Jikiden Reiki - and has direct lineage to Bruce Lee & Dr. Mikao Usui.

Paul, Your group host will be organising future events and seminars, however you can also expect Guest Speakers & Guest Coaches during our up and coming event's.

Monday Mind Body Wellness Meet Up

What we do: Each and every Monday our members have the opportunity to meet in a group environment to discuss Mind Body Wellness. We cover some real life case studies where people have experienced amazing results and have improved their health and well-being with Qigong, Reiki, Meditation & Nutrition. New members will have an opportunity to create a personalised self care plan and learn about effective and practical methods to reach their desired wellness goals, We will discuss goal setting with a practical and easy to follow plan of action. During this 2 hour session we will cover physical, emotional and spiritual fitness for optimum health & well-being. Part 1: (1hour) 6-7pm Educational Group Talk & Discussion on Mind Body Wellness Practices including Qigong, Reiki, Nutrition & Meditation. Part2: (1hour) 7-8pm Practical application of Qigong, Reiki & Meditation for Self Care, Health & Vitality. Benefits of attending: The benefits of attending this event is that you will gain a clear insight and understanding of ancient time tested wellness practices which date back thousands of years with a modern approach to self care and how to implement what you learn in to modern day living to improve and maintain optimum health, well-being and vitality. How to prepare: Be prepared with a note book and pen, wear light non restrictive clothing as we will be practising Qigong & Reiki. If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery or suffer from any serious health issues please discuss with your Doctor and seek a letter of approval if you wish to participate in any physical activities such as Qigong which involves some light stretching and slow graceful movements similar to Tai Chi. Reiki however is a hands on healing practice but again If you are pregnant or have had recent surgery or suffer from any serious health issues please discuss with your Doctor and seek a letter of approval prior to taking part in any such activities. Try to get along to this event 5-10 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you get the most out of this as we will be starting promptly at 6pm. Cost: This event is free to attend, Donations are welcomed but are not necessary. Any donations received go towards maintaining this meet up group website and help to cover expenses and running costs. Low income earners and job seekers are not expected to donate anything and this event is purely for educational purposes only.
