This will be an ongoing hike almost every Tuesday and Thursday at about this time. This is my training hike.
If you want to get faster, stronger and improve your fitness level, this is the one for you.
We can start together, people can go at their own pace, try to keep up with the faster ones, slow down and take photographs, whatever you want. It's an out and back on a good trail.
The stats are about 6 miles and 1800' elevation gain.
Bring water & snacks if you want.
