What we're about

Forget about the gym. The BARE training is all about making use of what's around you to train yourself. We show you how to train with your own body anywhere, anytime, be it urban or nature.

No fancy equipment. Just you and gravity, the fundamental elements for a complete body weight workout with a combination of HIIT, calisthenics, movement and strength training exercises.

We bring together the four signature programs to create the BARE experience - a combination of programs in each session. Our training sessions are carried out in both urban and outdoor locations.

Come and join us for a trial session for HKD100. Training sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings and Sat/Sun afternoon. Please refer to website for programs included for the session.

CNY BARE flow workshop

Tseung Kwan O

BARE FLOW WORKSHOP

Join a special CNY BARE flow workshop.

- Barefoot hike in nature
- Cold water immersion in the sea
- Movement games and breathwork on the beach

We will ground ourselves with a meditative barefoot hike over High Junk Peak and then immerse ourselves in cold water and finish with some group movement activities.

Meeting point at Tseung Kwan O station exit B1 at 12pm
