  • Montana Fly Fishing Trip

    West Yellowstone

DETAILS & REGISTRATION at www.g1at.life/montana-fly-fishing.html Join your G1AT fly fishing host, Mark Schaller, and Professional Fly Fishing Guide, Jim Roberts, on this trip of a lifetime. Over a seven-day period you will have the opportunity to fish many of the nation’s best trout fisheries including the “Miracle Mile”, Reynolds Pass, and Three Dollar Bridge sections of the Madison River. Additional rivers will likely include the Ruby, Beaverhead, Gallatin, and a number of streams within the boundaries of Yellowstone National Park (YNP). We will make decisions daily on which river to fish based on the current weather and fishing conditions. This is a seven-day “Walk and Wade” trip during which we will spend 7-8 hours on the water each day. While most of these rivers can be easily waded, we highly recommend that guests be in good health and physically prepared for a full week of fly fishing. • Bayside Adventure Sports Bible Study

    Rachel Garner's House

Are you involved in Bayside Adventure Sports and want to connect with others? Jesus gave us a new commandment: "Love one another even as I have loved you." We connect with each other through fellowship time, prayer, and (of course...) a small group bible study! That's how the love happens. We are studying the Book of Daniel! Six chapters are historical narrative, and we get to learn from Daniel's example in some of the most famous Bible stories. What do we learn? God is Sovereign! The other six chapters are prophecy, and what do we learn? God is Sovereign! If sometimes you feel you are getting swallowed by a world that's hostile toward you, it's great news to hear from Daniel that God is Sovereign! Please come join us Wednesdays! We start about 6:45pm for fellowship time, start the bible study about 7:15pm, and end with some good group prayer time. Bring a Bible (but we have extras, so if you don't have one come anyway!). Please let us know if you are coming by RSVP here on Meetup. You don't have to be a B.A.S. Member to attend! :)

  • #BASCYCLE - 24 hour 'Agony Ride', supporting Christian Encounter Ministries

36th Annual 24 hour Agony ride, July 26/[masked] The Agony is a 24-hour bike-a-thon to raise funds for Christian Encounter Ministries. The ride is normally held the last Friday and Saturday of July in the Sierra Valley 25 miles north of Truckee, California. Christian Encounter Ministries is a domestic mission organization with the unique purpose of discipling and counseling troubled young people. These young people come to CEM with major damage from families, society, and/or their own poor choices. As a domestic mission, we are dependent on the loving generosity of mission-minded ministry partners. Our annual Agony Ride is an opportunity for our partners to participate in this vital mission. Some of our staff and approximately ninety other riders attempt to push their limits by riding as far as they can in 24 hours. The Agony has become more than just a personal challenge; it now stands as a pointed demonstration of Christ's love for our students as well as a witness for Christ in the communities of the Sierra Valley. You can participate as a rider or a sagger helping the riders during the event. This isn't a race, and you can ride as little or as much as want to during the 24 hours - there is no time or mileage requirement. Note - registration on the Agony ride web site is required, but please RSVP here as well so we know who from BAS is going.
