WHERE: Lake Clementine Dam , Auburn - $10 parking fee

WHAT: This is a 4.4 miles easy/moderate hike round trip.

WHO: This hike is for those who are in good physical condition

WHEN: We will meet at the gate #139 at 10:00 am

DIRECTIONS to trailhead : Trailhead is at confluence area, 1 3⁄4 miles south of ASRA Park Headquarters. Take Hwy 49 from Auburn south to Old Foresthill Road at the bottom of the canyon. On your left you will see a State Park Kiosk, if you park there the fee is $10.00. Continue straight for 1⁄4 mile, cross the curved Old Foresthill Bridge, and park on the right. Trailhead is on the left across from the parking area behind the green gate #139. Do not drive up to hill you past the trailhead. For free parking you can park at the Trailing Hill parking area and walk over but it fills quickly and they may start charging there. Please be sure to view the site below for driving map. CARPOOL:Due to liability issues, BAS cannot organize or provide carpooling.

WHAT TO BRING: Layered clothing that wicks moisture, comfortable hiking boots, hiking poles, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, at least 2 liter containers of water (hydration bladders or Nalgene-type bottles), food for lunch and snacks and a camera
