COVID notice: We ask that participants comply with all applicable State and county restrictions related to COVID-19 in place on the date of this event. Please maintain social distancing before, during, and after the activity. Masks are recommended when indoors or if distance cannot be maintained outdoors. Please do not attend if you have had any symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the 72 hours prior to the event.

Join us for a 36 mile ride through the Granite Bay and Penryn countryside, including a climb up Indian Hill.

Terrain: Country roads
Rider level: Intermediate. Riders should be comfortable riding on roads with narrow shoulders, and following a route sheet.
Sweep: Maybe. We will regroup at points along the ride.

WEATHER ALERT - This is a fair weather ride :)
Rain, wet roads, or severe weather will cancel our ride. I will post a message on this event and also cancel the event if it is cancelled for weather or any other reason.

What to bring:
Bike in good working condition, ready to ride
HELMET - mandatory
Water or sports drink - 2 bottles recommended
Food
Spare tube/patch kit. (A leader may be able to help you with this if needed, but you need to bring the correct tube for your bicycle.)
Clothing dependent on weather (layers are good)
Sunscreen
A great attitude and desire to meet and ride with new and old friends!!

Please fill out and submit the online liability waiver prior to the event - http://www.smartwaiver.com/v/baswaiver Each person cycles at their own risk and should have their own health insurance. BAS does not cover any injuries in any of their events. Sorry - dogs and alcohol are not permitted on BAS events due to liability issues.

CARPOOL: Due to liability issues, BAS cannot organize or provide carpooling. Please be prepared to arrange your carpooling among yourselves. Please review and complete www.smartwaiver.com/v/bascarpool . Please consider helping out drivers with gas money (A good rule of thumb is $3.00 for each hour of drive time.)
