To kick off 2020 we are joined by Google & HMRC to talk about inclusivity from a public and private perspective.

Denise (HMRC) will be discussing the benefits of creating an inclusive and diverse team are clear, but achieving this objective is far from easy. In this presentation she will share details of what HMRC is doing to create pathways towards delivering a more diverse and inclusive team from increasing senior leaders’ self-awareness through to removing bias from our job descriptions and targeting key groups for inclusion, such as those individuals with autism.

Expect to receive some tips around what has worked (and hasn’t) within HMRC as well as key points to consider from a senior leader perspective.
