What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in getting your body back into nutritional balance and renewing your natural energy. You can have great health and enjoy life. I started this group to help people understand how to live and be healthier with proper food choices and achieve a healthy weight to last a life time.

As a Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.

I am a certified Mind-Body Eating Coach focusing on weight concerns, body image, overeating, binge eating and various nutrition related health concerns. I studied at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, the world's leading school in Nutritional Psychology.

As a certified Mind-Body Eating Coach my approach is positive and empowering. I don’t see your eating challenges merely as a sign that “something is wrong with you” – but as a place where we can more fully explore some of the personal dimensions in life that impact food, weight and health. Oftentimes, our eating challenges are connected to work, money, relationship, family, intimacy, life stress and so much more. By working on the places that are most relevant for you, success is more easily achieved. As a Psychology of Eating Coach, I look to support you with coaching strategies and nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable, and that yield results.

I am also a certified Holistic Health and Life Coach through IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition).

In my training at Integrative Nutrition, I studied over 100 dietary theories and had the opportunity to learn from amazing teachers and leaders including Dr. Andrew Weil; Walter Willett, MD; Joel Fuhrman MD; David Katz, MD; Deepak Chopra; David Wolfe; John Douillard DC; Lynn Goldstein, Ms, RD, CDN; Barry Sears PhD; Howard Lyman; Bernie Siegel MD; and Liz Lipski PhD, CCN, CNS, LDN – just to name a few. I was drawn to this school's health coaching philosophy as they take a holistic approach to wellness and emphasize also how personal relationships, work, exercise, and spirituality are essential to building good health.

I work with individuals who are ready to commit to change, growth and transformation. My personal experience is with stress management, weight concerns, histamine intolerance, food allergies, digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, energy, and hormone issues.
