This 35 min circuit training boot camp focuses on a total body workout using body weight and power equiptment crossfit style training.
WE SPECIALIZE IN WEIGHT LOSS TRAINING!
This is challenging but fun with GREAT MUSIC and an AWESOME TRAINER that will keep you pushing harder and harder
Wear proper workout gear and good sneakers. Don't forget your sweat towel!
$15 per session,
