Our featured panelist are:

Tucker Nance, Director of Software Engineering, CSPO, CSM - Pearson

Tucker oversees a large offshore workforce that operates under the Scaled Agile Framework model for Pearson's K-12 Online & Blended Learning business. Tucker has led teams that have focused on scaling on-premise solutions as well as offshore teams focused on delivering new features in the cloud. After first being skeptical of Agile in January of 2012, Tucker is now a huge proponent of the Agile Methodology and has experience in Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Shane Tanzymore, Delivery Manager, Global eCommerce, Under Armour

Shane Tanzymore has often been faced with having no idea what he is doing but determined to do it well. He grew up seeing that that there is great joy in helping others be successful, and that success is most attributed to the ability to adapt. As a result, he has come to value one skill above all others: the ability to learn.

As a software developer, learning the business requirements, beyond what is being requested, helped him drive towards better software solutions. As a servant leader at OneMain, learning how to help others to optimize their potential for successful outcomes helped him drive his organization towards self-organization and autonomy. Now, learning how to build systems that help people embrace change, his aspires to amplify teams towards being part of an autonomous collective.

Dotti has been an Agile practitioner and evangelist since 2006, in various roles at Diagnostic Products Corporation/Siemens Healthcare, Inovalon, Northrop Grumman (at the Social Security Administration) and, currently, as Director, Agile Coaching with Agile Six Applications, Inc. (at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). Dotti is very passionate about the why's and how's of Agile work, particularly from the human-centered point of view that Agile is built upon.

Dotti designs and delivers a number Agile-related training's and workshops for Agile Teams and Product Owners, leaders and executives. Her focus on "why would we do that?", along with real-life experience to back the learnings, helps provide solid foundations for transformation success.

Temesgen Meheret, Senior Director of Technology, Videology now Amobee Inc.

Temesgen (Teme) is responsible for the development of best in class video advertising SaaS platform with a focus on web based user interfaces and business APIs.

He leads a large team that has been practicing Agile methodologies to
continuously deliver business value. Teme understands the challenges faced by technology teams that are operating in a business landscape where change is the only constant, and believes that the only way to survive is to fully embrace agility in our minds, processes and technical architectures.
