Lately only once or twice a week.
B for speed & 5 for terrain
Anywhere from 20 to 100 miles depending on how much time I have.
Keep climbing. Keep riding with people who are a little stronger, a little faster, and have more stamina so that I don't get lazy. Not interested in competition, except for the friendly kind between friends.
Cycling on a road bike started out as a fun, independent sport for me. Then I discovered the thrill of the group ride.
I thoroughly enjoy every ride with this group. There's a great chemistry among the riders, and always a variety of interesting routes and locations with varying terrain, speed, distance. Janet & Keith, thank you for starting it all!
