BOOMCamp Warriors meet on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m.
Kick-start your day with my intense 1-hour workout that will leave you feeling great the rest of the weekend. Appropriate for first-timers or seasoned pros, this workout will challenge each and every participant. Each exercise can be modified to your needs and abilities, therefore all fitness levels are welcome. You will be encouraged, pushed, and challenged to go further than you think possible. Every participant leaves feeling tired but stronger and empowered.
