Founded by Dr. Paul Foster Case in the 1920s, Builders of the Adytum is a Mystery School and training order based on the Western Mystery tradition. This Qabalistic path has been described as the Yoga of the West, as it has much in common with esoteric Eastern spiritual practices. B.O.T.A. members receive lessons in the mail in Tarot, Qabalah, Spiritual Alchemy, Esoteric Astrology and related disciplines. The coursework is challenging, far-reaching and immensely practical for everyday life.

Group Ritual Work is also available to New York B.O.T.A. members. Sometimes described as prayer in motion, ritual work has been practiced throughout the ages by spiritual aspirants. Combined with the lesson material, it can be a powerful catalyst to personal growth. After completing the requisite initial coursework, members may request Initiation and thereafter participate in our healing ritual work of Pronaos.
