"Help Is On The Way!" Holiday Concert & Gala!

Join our trusty host Ross as we help carry out a Northern California tradition! "Help is on the Way!" is The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation (REAF)'s holiday concert benefiting children and youth living with HIV/AIDS. It features stars from Broadway, film, television, and the recording industry, as well as the best of Bay Area talent! Special guests and performers will include cast members from "Book of Mormon" and "Avenue Q," Debby Boone, Bruce Vilanch, Veronica Powers, Jai Rodriguez, Shawn Ryan, CeCe Sammy, Sharon McNight and many more!

BRIDGEMEN are needed to help usher and act as silent auction hosts from 5-8PM. From 8-10PM, we'll join the audience in enjoying this unforgettable performance! Then, from 10PM to midnight, we'll help tear down and load out decorations.

Please note: We'll be experiencing a formal event with the finest our community has to offer. Recommended attire: white shirt and black pants. (preferably, no jeans).

**The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation (REAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Arts/AIDS organization dedicated to raising funds for AIDS service organizations in the Bay Area through the production of quality entertainment programs. REAF was founded by two mothers, Barbara Richmond and Peggy Ermet, who lost their only sons to AIDS as a way to honor their sons’ memories and help alleviate the suffering of all the other sons and daughters living with HIV and AIDS.

Midnight?! I can relate to that, I've almost always gotten out of bed and had breakfast by then.

Guys, for clarification, we need help throughout the evening, but most importantly, we need help through the end of the evening. While "many hands make light work", we should be out of there earlier than planned, but the event is scheduled to run until midnight, unfortunately.
