What we're about
This is a one hour workout geared toward active and fit baby boomers. We meet at Danspace in Oakland on Thursdays at 12:30. I started this class so I could offer a comprehensive workout that covers all aspect of fitness in a supportive environment. Each class has a low impact cardio portion along with strength training, abdominal work, balance challenges, flexibility segments along with back posture exercises.
This is NOT a hard core workout, and I encourage all participants to work at their own pace. Hope to see you in class.
