NOTICE: Our group has grown and transformed into Self-Discovery and Self-Mastery. We are no longer ONLY a Love/Relationship support group. :) Pass the word on!
It is a group designed to help and support those who looking to re-discover who they are and what they want out of life.
This group will help you to raise your self-awareness, increase your self-esteem, and understand who you are all within a place of security with a safe opportunity to open up and fully supported.
In the meantime, if you would like one-on-one coaching - feel free to contact me:
Sheri Maass, Certified Love Coach
Internal Sunshine Coaching
I am a Certified Life & Relationship Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index. I stand ready to help and support you in any way I can. Group coaching and support along with individual coaching are always best when utilized together.
Our events currently take place in the Dane County / Madison area - so please be sure you are able to make it to meetings in this area before you join.
This group is a "pay in advance" to help avoid last minute cancellations that can cost someone who really needs the spot - the missed opportunity to get the support they need. Please note - We will not be offering an refund for payments. If for some reason WE need to cancel a meeting - your payment can be applied to a future meeting. You will need to contact me with which meeting you would like to apply it forward to. Thanks for your understanding with this change in payment.
To allow enough time for everyone to receive support we limit our attendance. We Frequently have people on the waiting list so please give at least 24 hours notice if you will need to cancel to allow sufficient for our Wait List to make arrangements to take your spot. When you cancel last minute or no show - it takes away someone else's chance to attend and receive support. Please be very mindful of this!
Seniority in the group: For lack of a better phrase this is what I'm calling it. From time to time two people may join this group who do not wish to be in the group together. I will honor seniority of who joined first and who has attended the first meeting. For example, If you have joined our group and attended a meeting and then your ex-spouse joins - I will honor your "seniority" and ask the other to please find another support group. Please contact me if any conflict arises. Thank you!
