I'm an RYT-200 hour certified yoga teacher and I believe that yoga has something to offer everyone. Come and celebrate your body with an open mind and a grateful heart. This yoga class is meant more for the beginner to yoga. Don't worry-- we won't be doing anything crazy1 There won't be any inversions except for Downward dog, and even this can be replaced with gentler poses. I'll be teaching the foundations of yoga and I'll offer modifications to Asanas (poses) so that everyone can get the benefits.
