Come dance in a fun class covering ballet basics in comfortable clothes and eclectic music.
This class starts with a floor barre work focused on alignment and core strength before moving to the traditional standing ballet barre and other random acts of dancing!
Expect to be challenged, get stronger and have fun all at the same time!
Winter/Spring February - Mid-May 2014 on Tuesdays at 630PM for one hour.
We will benefit fully from the positive strengthening and alignment that ballet has to offer.
The goal is to focus on the bodies we have, not the one that we once had or the one we imagine is possible. We appreciate what we have and we build from there with a good attitude and a positive work ethic.
