With all famous celebrities doing it, ballet workout is becoming a new HIT to keep FIT!

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. As previously, it will take place at one of the great fitness centres - Holmes Place, 5th floor of Jelmoli shopping centre.

If you RSVP and book your place, no need to be a member of the fitness club.

The is dedicated to all the ladies, where you will have a great opportunity to jump in to the attractive ballet world, find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning used by all famous ballet dancer’s as well as popular celebrities. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. In addition to this you will have an opportunity to learn more about NLP - unique mind & body connection, allowing you to secure learned results for a lot longer.

To teach at out event we are inviting a former international ballet pro to show the elements of Ballet, Pilates, Stretching, to develop a core strength, flexibility and a great posture, as well as mentally linking muscle memory, so the gains on posture are immediate and easily remembered. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session.

There's a small cost to cover the venue and facilities - CHF 35.-

    Hi Lindsay, I am new to these workout classes and wonder what kind of clothes and shoes would be appropriate... Also, is there a changing room at the location? Thanks!

      You can wear anything that's comfortable to exercise. All our venue have great facilities, including changing rooms.

    Hi Lindsay, I am ever so sorry to cancel last minute ... I went hiking at the weekend and put quite some pressure on the knees and ligaments. Need to rest them today. Will join another time! Have fun!

  • the Meetup is rescheduled

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.

Regardless of the refund policy set by the organizer, Meetup may issue refunds on an organizer's behalf if we determine that Meetup's Payment Policies have been violated.
