We have a problem...

I was heroin addict and dealer for about 17 years until I was incarcerated in the Ohio prison system, served my time, got clean (i still smoke weed, am am involved in legalization for medical marijuana), and am attending college as a psychology major, focusing on what are called "dual-diagnosis" or, more recently "co-occurring" d/o's, which is people who have psychological d/o's as well as addiction issues. I got less flak from backwards Baltimorons when I was a junkie and heroin dealer then I get now as an outspoken athiest. Now, correct me anyone who reads this, but isn't a heroin dealer worse then being an athiest? It's not even like I'm like some Meetup members who try to argue w/ the religious right, since they don't apply logic and reason, it's impossible to discuss athiesm/secular humanism w/ them, so I no longer try. When did society become so twisted and backwards? I guess I missed that episode...
