This is a Beginner to Advanced Beginner Level Belly Dance class that is filled with all the techniques on how to isolate your body and use muscles you never knew you had! We will practice movements from head to toe (literally), we will learn about and how to use props such as veil, tray. and zills (finger cymbals), and we will dance a choreography.
