Belly dance is a beautiful cultural art that also helps you work toward fitness goals while having fun. Body awareness, posture and cardiovascular fitness can be improved while learning the moves, musicality and concepts of Middle Eastern dance. Each class will include warm-up, posture, isolations, arms, traveling steps, shimmies as well as dance basics. Instructor Samira Shuruk has been teaching fitness and movement since 1986 and is a full-time traditional style belly dance performer. Dress in comfortable clothes that allow movement. $99** (includes $40 in fees*)
