We are super excited to announce our Holiday-time Meet-Up at Baltimore's Creative Alliance in Highlandtown neighborhood! Be sure to not miss this classic B-more tradition!!!
About the Show:
Award-winning acrobatic burlesque star, Trixie Little, presents her Holiday Spectac-u-thon Players in an original, irreverent, sure-to-become classic story, "T-its a Wonderful Life"!
Building on 12 years of holiday razzle dazzle, tinseled tassel twirling and smartly idiotic comedy- THIS year promises to be the best yet! When Santa abandons the workshop to go on a snow-fueled bender, Trixel the Elf is left to pick up the pieces. But Trixel loses the magic of the holidays and starts to steer the workshop in a dark direction. With the help of Roofie the Reindeer, Kinky Krampus and Sister Solstice, Trixel sets off on holiday adventure of flipping, stripping and personal discovery.
RSVP-ing on this page DOES NOT purchase your ticket, please go to The Creative Alliance Website to purchase your tickets. Cost is $27 online.
Be sure to choose tickets for our date/time of: Saturday, Dec 10th at 8pm.
Don't wait long as their shows sell out in advance! As of 10/25/16 there were still over 100 tickets remaining, but they were selling quickly.
Once you purchase your ticket please post a comment on this page so I know who is confirmed as going.
Everyone going to the show is welcome to join us at the Snake Hill Tavern located at 418 S. Clinton Street for some casual pre-show pub-grub food. (Snake Hill is only a couple blocks from the Creative Alliance Theater.) I will get there at 5:30 to try and grab us a table as it is a small pub and they do not take reservations. If you show up anytime around 5:30-5:45 you should hopefully beat their dinner rush and have plenty of time to relax, have a drink and one of their famous sausage sandwiches (they have vegan options as well, and some salads and appetizers... check out their comfort food menu ). This place is very popular since its opening in Highlandtown! It is very casual and no table service, order at the bar kind of place!
We will head to the Creative Alliance at 7pm to get there in plenty of time for the doors opening at 7:30! The Creative Alliance has a nice bar as well called the Marquee Lounge. (However they no longer serve food here, which is why we are going to Snake Hill.) Anyone not interested in joining us at Snake Hill first is welcome to have a pre-show cocktail at the Marquee Lounge!
Doors open for the show at 7:30. The seating is general admission rather than assigned seating, so we'll try to sit together if we can. Show starts at 8pm!
We hope you are ready to start new non-traditional Holiday traditions and join us for this fun, quirky, and entertaining evening out! :-)
Message me if you have any questions!
