Class is eclectic in nature with no two being exactly alike, and drawing upon many different styles of yoga; however, each class begins and ends with a meditation. Soft music is played, while gracefully flowing through asanas (poses), and is structured to gently work the entire body, invigorate the spirit, and quiet the mind.
Class will provide for strength and balance of the whole being. Class is accessible to the everyday person, no fancy pants moves, nor inversions; it will be challenging, but not something to conquer. Dress comfortably; suggested items include a yoga mat, strap, block, and water. Bring yourself; there is no judgment.
Investment: Now until the end of the year, the Wellness Wednesday Yoga classes will be donation based. They will not require a set fee, but you are encouraged to donate the amount you feel is appropriate for the class.
