After running numerous 5K and 10K races, runners often wonder what is necessary to run longer distances successfully. Join members of the Baltimore Road Runners Club to learn how to expand your range of distance and conquer the 10 mile and possibly the half-marathon distance.
The group will meet twice a week over a 12 week period and learn the secrets of winter running. Training will include topics such as developing a race strategy, clothing needs, pacing, hydration, tapering and other secrets from veteran runners that are successful
at 5K, 10K and Half marathon distances.
The program will culminate with a 10 mile race where the Baltimore Road Runners Club will pay your entry fee if you run as part of the BRRC Team. (See details at bottom of page)
