What we're about

We are a group of thoughtful people that come together to discuss and practice mindfulness and meditation with the hope of bringing a clearer consciousness into our daily lives. We work to create brave spaces where people can connect on a deep level. We strive to tap into our inherent human wisdom with our activities and practice. This is a group for anyone interested in meditation, mindful experiences, and new friends. All levels of meditation and social experience welcome! We are informed by the spiritual lineage of Shamabhala ( http://baltimore.shambhala.org/ ).
