Baltimore Weight Training, Cardio, and Healthy Living: Towson

  • 5 days ago · 5:00 AM

Goal:

To help people obtain their fitness goals through motivation and accountability.

Background:

I am a very busy professional over 40 who allowed himself to become overweight. In 2012, I decided to make a change and started following a workout program as well as joined a hiking group. I have since lost over 100 lbs. I am not a trainer nor am I qualified to give fitness or nutrition advice. What I am is in the gym nearly every morning except Sunday and out hiking on Saturday and Sunday. I will be happy to offer encouragement and support to those looking to improve themselves or maintain their current level of fitness.

Facility:

The Towson LA Fitness does have a limited guest pass program, three consecutive days. I would encourage people interested to consider joining the gym. They are a full service gym, in that they have all the basic  equipment one would expect with the addition of a pool, basketball court, and a racquetball court. I am in no way affiliated with LA Fitness and I am not promoting them, it is just where I workout.
