We'll use anatomy, exercise and biofeedback to wake up the connection from your brain to your pelvic floor muscles so you can increase their responsiveness. This is key to getting your bladder function back on track.
The workshop is 3 hours on Saturday 29 Nov with a follow-up session on Wed 3 Dec at 7.30pm. The cost is $90 and includes the highly-regarded Women's Waterworks book.
