Interesting presentation. Lots of potential to fail and/or succeed when divergent business cultures mix. Would be interesting to have a follow meeting in a year or so and see how it plays out.

Chris did an outstanding job, and it was a very interesting to hear about the challenges of an older more traditional and operation-focused company buying a West coast startup that was shooting for the moon. Chris didn't share financials or cap tables, but he spoke with authenticity about the challenges, starts and stops, victories and lessons learned. I wish both ValPak and much success, let's bring more exciting deals to Tampa Bay!

Chris Cate's presentation was very informative and gave me a whole new insight into what key factors and challenges exist with acquisitions. If you own a startup and are looking to sell or acquire, you missed out on some great tips.
