A story about tanks, the UN and Python

Details
In this winter meetup our fellow hacker Diego Pascual (https://github.com/ewokcillo) is going to explain his summer job in a UN Mission (http://www.undp.org/content/undp/en/home/ourwork/democraticgovernance/overview.html) at Libya, where he helped to develop an electronic voting system for the incipient democracy born alongside the Arab Spring.
Diego is an expert Python developer and a member of OpenKratio (http://openkratio.org/), a Spanish group of activists that fight for improving the transparency and the use of Open Data in the Government.
**** THIS TALK IS GOING TO BE IN SPANISH ****
Agenda:
• 19.00-19.40 // A story about tanks, the UN and Python
• 19.40-20.00 // Q&A and networking
We will have free beer, as usual, provided by itnig (and thanks to Estrella Damm!).
The place we meet, itnig (http://itnig.net), is a hacker accelerator. They organize (http://www.meetup.com/itnig-events/) a lot of interesting talks about entrepreneurship and programming.
This meetup is organized by KDE España (http://kde-espana.org), the national association of users and developers of KDE (http://kde.org), a free software project that builds the Plasma Desktop Environment.
