What is pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates which strengthens the core, increases flexibility, improves balance and coordination, as well as decreases stress. The exercises are safe and low impact which are performed with attention to the breath, form, and using controlled movements. The benifits of Pilates.
