What we're about

Join us once more in our Twitch ERNI Academy to talk about Value; our Product Owners and Scrum Masters will talk about what value is, how to work with our Teams around it and what do we find easier and not so easier from our experiences in the Agile trenches.
The Scrum Guide states that "The Product Backlog is an emergent, ordered list" and describes the Product Goal as "a future state of the product" to help Teams understand what they want to achieve (as increment and as product), but it does not talk about the meaning nor the value of each Product Backlog Item (PBI).
It is said that the Product Backlog is "ordered by value", as in the Guide itself Product Owner is described as "being accountable for maximizing the value of the product". If you are working in a Scrum Team or in an Agile Team most probably you listen to your Scrum Master or Agile Coach asking about value all the time and reminding you that any work done by the Team needs to add value to the product.
We often experience that Teams, Product Owners and Agile Coaches struggle in defining what value ACTUALLY is. How are we going to measure it? Which types of value do we have? Do all PBIs need to be related directly with value? How can we work with our Teams around it?
Speakers: Ares Cabó, Software Product Owner; Javier Hernández, Scrum Master & Agile Coach; Cristian Sances, Service Delivery Manager
