35K Run to El Masnou and back towards the marathon

Why and What:
The Barcelona marathon is only 2 weeks away. By running 35K, we can be more prepared to the big day. The long distance serves as a physical training session, a preparation for eating during the run, and a mental preparation.
The meeting spot is the usual place: in front of the main gates to the Park de Ciutadella, the entrance that faces the Arc de triomph. It's the same place from where we leave Tuesdays and Thursdays. We'll run along the beach towards El Masnou (beyond Badalona and Montgat) and turn back after around 17.5K.

Eating is good for you:
Eat some breakfast and bring snacks / fruit / energy bars / gels / isotonic drinks or any other thing that will compensate for the loss of carbohydrates and minerals. There are some water fountains on the way.

Possible pace:
I am thinking of running the race at a heart rate of around[masked], which should be somewhere around 5:30 min / km, including short stops. The pace can vary, depending on the group. The exact pace is not important at all - the idea is to endure the distance, keep the body balanced and enjoy the sun after a week of horrible weather...

If there is no RSVP, I'll still be going and I'll even take a photo :)
