    Just take it easy and run when you feel like it. Don't run too far or fast when you are adapting and adjusting to the different technique.

    Thanks Chris. How do I know when I should increase my frequency(re: how many times a week I run)? Just wait until I am completely not sure and then do it again? Or would you recommend running very slowly for a shorter period when I am a little sore in the calves/achilles?

    I have physical therapy on Saturday morning this week and possibly for the next few weeks. I will have to work on running myself for a few I think.
