Come out for a Group Workout!
I'm running an indoor group workout in my home training studio at my residence every Wednesday morning! You can park on the street directly in front of my house. If you need directions for more info text me at[masked], or email [masked]. This will be a full body, fat-burning workout using primarily body-weight exercises, including other unique training accessories such as tornado ropes, TRX suspension straps, resistance bands, and free weights. It will start with a dynamic warm up, then move on to a circuit of exercises for your lower body, upper body, and core. This workout will build strength, increase metabolism, endurance, and fat loss! The session will finish with some light mobility work as a cooldown. *NOTE: If there is interest we can also take the workout outdoors to Sandringham Park, close to my house (weather permitting). Participants will also receive handouts (or by email) outlining warm ups, a basic home workout and nutrition tips. Modifications will be made for differing ability levels so everyone can progress at their own pace, but be ready to challenge yourself based on your own level of fitness. Payment is just $10 per participant; you can pay via PayPal or bring cash on the day of the MeetUp. Space is limited to 6 participants, so register soon if interested! Looking to get in great shape while meeting great people? This group is for anyone interested in moving better, eating better, feeling better, and looking better. As a group of like-minded people we can motivate, support, and hold each other accountable. MeetUps could include hikes, group 'bootcamp' workouts (outdoors), nutrition & exercise workshops/presentations, or just getting together to discuss our fitness goals and share strategies for achieving them. I'm open to other MeetUp ideas also! If you want to get fit, lose fat, become stronger, and live healthier, this group is for you!
