What we're about
Who should join: Anyone who wants to play basketball AND use the principles of basketball to strengthen core, upper and lower body and improve cardio. Basic knowledge and skills of basketball might help though not at all required.
What: Classes for people from all levels of basketball. We can create classes that are more fitness based (less shooting, dribbling, defensive slides) versus basketball heavy (shooting, change of direction dribble, combo ball handle/hard finishes, etc). And a hybrid session!
At classes/sessions: Bring a ball (or don't...I have extra) and let's shoot, dribble, squat, slide and high five. Lots of activities will be with partners and goal-based, stressing improvement throughout. Music will thumping thus bring some suggestions!
