This is the third of several evening events we're running ahead of the environment hackday on 13-14th February.
These evenings will be an opportunity to get together with others from the community to discuss and share ideas; meet people from the council and other local environmental groups to get some insight into local challenges and issues; and explore the data we have available. We hope to be confirming some short talks before each event.
By taking some time out to discuss ideas and team up ahead of the hack day, we hope to help everyone hit the ground running.
Please come along, share ideas, and bring others that you may think are interested.
Guest speakers this evening:
• Jeff Tatum – Council & Schools half-hourly energy data
• Sophie Kirk – explanation of the B&NES Local Food Strategy, key focus areas and community activity on local food growing and provision.
• Katherine Jones - public protection
