What we're about

My intention for this meetup is to meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month starting in September or October from 6:30-7:45 p.m.

6:30- Greeting and Introductions

6:40- Read article or introduce a topic to talk about

7:00- Open the floor for sharing

7:30- Plan a goal (This is where we talk about doing a meditation, reading a book, journaling, etc. Something we can all do together and try until we meet again in two weeks.)

My intention is for this to be a safe space to share but also it's okay if some just come to listen and be apart of the group. It won't be mandatory to share.

**More information will be available soon. I'm still looking for a space to host and maybe even sponsor for this group.
