Film Group Update: Film at Castro Theater July 6

Film at Castro July 6

Exciting news. One of my films, THE SUICIDE PARTY, will have its premier at the Castro Theater on July 6th, as part of the Scary Cow Film Festival.  It’s the story of a once successful businessman who is threatened with the loss of his house and everything he holds dear, and decides to have a suicide party with the help of his friends. If he raises enough to save his house and get back on his feet, he’ll live; if not end it all, which leads to a media frenzy and all sorts of unexpected results. The 17 minute short will be a Phase 2 film, since one of my previous films shown at the last festival, DEAD NO MORE, won a Scary Cow budget, since it got a membership award, as well as an award for special effects.  The festival starts at 3 p.m., doors open at 2:30; and THE SUICIDE PARTY will show at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $10, or $25 if you want to stay for the afterparty. Advance tickets for the event are at: or you can get tickets at the door.
