What we're about

This group is for anyone who has a passion for nutrient-dense food and uses herbs in their daily life (or is interested in learning more about herbal medicine). Must love books and soup.

My idea is for this to be a monthly soup swap and book club, so we can all be well-fed and well-read! ;)

For Soup Swap:
-All soups must be gluten-free, ideally made with organic ingredients and high quality animal products (if used at all, for example: grass-fed bone broth only please).
-Everyone will make 2-4 quarts of their favorite soup, and bring them in 1 quart glass mason jars to trade with the other members of the group (leave some air at the top so these can be stored in the freezer for later use if desired).
-This is a time to get creative and share recipes/cooking tips!

For Book Club:
-A certain book/topic will be chosen monthly for us to discuss during our meeting.
-Meant to be fun and spark conversation! These books will most likely be heavily nutrition-based, but I'm open to other recommendations from the group.
